Sad to report the passing of Harry Ratcliffe from Rochdale, on Sunday 21st February 2016. One of the last of the original 60s tuning gurus.
In the 1960s Rochdale Motor Panels, manufacturers of the Rochdale Olympic had a very good social and business association with Harry Ratcliffe.

RIP Harry.
