It looks similar to a Mota-Lita wheel. Holdens (very expensive) website shows you the range. There are cheaper places to buy. I think a Triumph Spitfire boss would fit- not sure though!

I can not see the boss very well in the picture, but Mota-Lita have that type of wheel, or very close. Here is mine.......

Calex- look on Google image for Les Leston and Mountney steering wheels. The Les Leston are period for our cars, I think, but very expensive. Mountney normally have 6 mounting holes as has Leston, Moto-Lita has 9. Although wood-rimmed wheels look fantastiv, a leather rim is more comfortable to hold for a long journey.

Alex, I am not sure the Leston wheel is the one in the picture, if you look closely you will see the hub fitting is different. I think the hub is Triumph fitting as in the picture I posted and not as the other wheels shown.
shame the picture is on the fold of the page.
Not that it matters, they all look good
