With the Olympics coming to London in 2012 we have an oportunity to raise the profile of the humble Rochdale Olympic for ever.
How about everyone with a roadgoing Olympic contacting their local paper next year and suggesting a reporter come to picture the car, or cars and do a small article based around 50 (ish) year old car and the 2012 Olympics. If this is co-ordinated it could be done on one particular week end.
Jason and myself have discussed this idea and we will certainly be badgering our local paper, we currently have a possible 5 Olympics for them to look at. |
