I have been talking to Roger Coupe about us having a meeting occasionally in the north west, we have talked about the possibility of a few of us meeting at one of the many track day events that are held at Oulton Park race track.

Just to be clear this isn't going to be a track day as such, we simply thought it was a good venue, as one of the prettiest race tracks in the country, and close to quite a few members.

We haven't as yet decided on anything but I just thought it might be a nice idea to have some kind of informal get together. If you are interested we can make some decisions on a suitable date.

I will monitor the Oulton Park track days for a suitable meeting date, personally a weekday is best for me. I propose that we get together in May for a tester.

By that time we may even have the lightweight finished and on the track.
