Alexandre

Be more specific please. No Brake?

1. Have you always had brakes but they are deteriorating?

2. If so have you bled and adjusted them?

3. Are you saying your brakes are poor and always have been? Too much pressure for too little braking?

4. Do you have a brake servo fitted?

5. Do you have a fault with the brake cylinders? Are they leaking fluid? Are the brake shoes therefore contaminated?

Alex, I think a 5/8" (0.625") bore master cylinder was fitted as standard, it was on my car.
I see from another post that you have fitted a new master cylinder, if it is a bigger bore it will need much more pedal effort to give the same result, this is the opposite of what you might think on a first thought.
I am intending to use a 0.70" bore along with a servo as I have found this worked well on other cars I have/had when used with P14 & P16 calipers.
Hope this helps.
Dave

Alex, Did you get your brakes working?

Not exactly, I have my car tomorrow, this weeks she was receiving a new wiring. I am impatient, after I'll check the brakes.

If you have a bias set up a pair of 0.625" . . .otherwise a 0.75 and NO SERVO!

servos are for nonces, you get far more feel without and ets face it, its not, or shouldn't, be a heavy car
