We have just taken delivery of this historic type 'F' bodyshell. It was removed from the Marsh special as that car is having a new body.

The plan is to restore it to its former glory by fitting it to the Buckler DD2 chassis which Piers has already brought up to us. We will be fitting a Daimler SP250 engine and gearbox to the chassis and using period parts and methods upgrading the running gear. Once done the body will be restored and fitted.

Work has also moved on a pace with the type 'F' restoration.

We have test fitted the Daimler SP250 engine and have started converting the front hubs to take 15" wire wheels and converting to vented discs at the same time. The rears will also be converted to wire wheels as we work backwards.
