Steven
Just to give you my thoughts, there is nothing wrong with the original MM wheels with either holes drilled all the way round or as the Olympic should be drilled. To me they are within keeping rather than some of the modern looking spoke wheels, and they dont lok all that bad either.
Just my thoughts may be controversial thats how I see it

Hello Steven,
I have Minator alloys on my Phase 2. They're Minilite lookalikes, although I think they are of a more basic aluminium alloy construction.
As Minilites are contemporary with 1960s 'performance' cars, I think they're appropriate and complement the appearance of the Olympic.
Regards,

We use Minator alloys on our cars. The nice thing about this wheel is that on an Olympic with standard arches you can run a 165/70 x 14 tyre without cutting the arch.
If you are running a standard BMC stud pattern and PCD., Morris 1000 specification will bolt straight on.
I can't remember if your car has the rear arches cut but if it does it makes fitting even easier. |
