I used a Marina rear door assembly bought new off Ebay. It's not 100% interchangeable but was OK with a couple of components being transferred from the old mechanism

I trust that the picture has come across (not done it previously). As positioned, the brake lever falls naturally to hand with no thought about it being in an inappropriate location.
